I play it in the evening too most of the time and some things are still
hard to see. The game is very dark when you get inside the building
where you first go. I usually don't have much trouble adjusting light
and dark for games, but this one is more difficult, as it is either too
light or too dark after adjustments. It might be just this part of the
game that I have a problem with too dark or too light.

Yes, thats often a good idea. By the way, when you first start the game
in the cut scene with Yeesha, do you find that when the camera pans
around that the picture is a bit blurred as if the camera is going a bit
too fast? When the camera stops panning and the picture is still, it is
not blurred at all. Just wondered. I would think thats how the game was
made. Otherwise, it would be blurred also when the camera is not
panning.

Haven't come to that.

You are probably quite a bit ahead of me. I just got out of the elevator
to a new place with small buildings or whatever they are so haven't done
much.

OK.

Wow the price really went down on that one.
I see Amazon has it for $19.99 US, even for the "collector's" version. >> Stay informed about: Myst IV (Revelation) question |

Isn't that always the way. They give you something you don't want and then
charge you for it. At least it's a faster connection, and you may see some
improvement when you download large files like demos. Of course if the
bottleneck is the speed of the server hosting the demo you probably won't
see much improvement. >> Stay informed about: Myst IV (Revelation) question |

I saw it at Staples a couple of weeks ago for that price, but it may not
be in all Staples stores. sometimes they have in-house specials for only
that store. They had 5 or 6 of them on the shelf.
I also saw it at Best Buy or maybe Future shop a few weeks ago. I
forget, and it was $29.99 Can. (25.50 US)- it was in a DVD case. The
ones at Staples are in the small game boxes. Not many PC games are in
DVD cases here. Most are in small game boxes.
> I see Amazon has it for $19.99 US, even for the "collector's" version.
$19.99 US is $23.24 Can. $
The collectors version is usually more expensive than the regular
version. If the collectors version is $19.99 US. the regular one should
be less. I haven't seen a collectors version here unless the one I saw
was it. The printing on the front of the box is hard to see as it is
covered with a plastic film.

Have made several pictures and I always click on the 2e button from the
top....to see the picture and get a really nice picture.
(1e button from top picture is blurred) .....

Yes, its very aggravating. Its even more annoying that they seem to
think you don't know they are trying to put something over on you as if
you are some idiot or something. Maybe some people want all these things
so called "free" "great" features, but most people I know don't. They
also want you to sign up for things and then can send you a bunch of
junk mail. I don't sign up for any of their stuff. A lot of it is Yahoo
now handles Rogers mail processing, so also offer their "free" stuff you
don't want.
At least it's a faster connection, and you may see some

Actually I seldom download any large demos or files, just once in a
while. I might even have a monthly limit on sizes of downloads but so
far they haven't mentioned it, so I guess I never went over it.

Actually, I mean something else, not the pictures you take. I mean the
cut scene at the start of the game when Yeesha is sitting in that flying
machine thing or whatever it is and floating along. The camera used in
the game goes from side to side to show you the scenery and when it does
that, the picture is a bit blurred and looks like whoever filmed it has
moved the camera too fast as that can cause blurriness. But when its
just a regular scene in the game, the picture is clear with no
blurriness.
I don't know what 2e or 1e is, as I haven't taken many pictures yet. I
meant when the camera is being moved around in a cut scene when you are
not taking pictures.

The Collector's Edition box is more than twice the size of the regular
edition box. And it's mostly black instead of mostly white. So you

You mentioned Amazon had the Collectors version for $19.99 US, so how
much is the regular version? it should be cheaper. >> Stay informed about: Myst IV (Revelation) question |

It was Katie. And I forgot she did like Azreals Tears. She also liked
Morpheus as I remember.
Then she got married, had twins and never came back

That would be nice except I haven't reached the part where Yeesha used
to swim. I didn't get any further into the game yet. I just got to the
part near the start where I finally got out of the dark and into the
light where all the little house things are. Then I got diverted to
Realms of the Haunting as I was in the mood for adventure/action and its
a different kind of game where the story is difficult to understand but
the puzzles are not, but a lot of it is avoiding enemies or shooting
them, but other parts, there is jumping and overcoming obstacles. Its a
different pace than an adventure game and keeps my mind busy. But I will
go back to Myst IV. ARe you quite far ahead by now?
I remember Bob R...he was

If I had thought about it more, I would have remembered his name. He was
Louie originally.
I always had a good memory for names and phone numbers and birthdays of
relatives and people I know. I can remember details about past and
present that nobody else remembers or consider worth remembering. Its
just happens..
I remember everybody's name in a high school photo of my class of 30
girls.I wouldn't want to tell you how long ago that was. In fact, I
remember everybodys name in a public school photo and that was ever
longer ago. I have a photographic memory in some ways, of certain
gatherings in the past, how things looked, who was there, what they wore
and certain parts of conversations as if I was right there again. But my
memory is not great in some other ways..
Too bad I can't have the same recall in games or I wouldn't need a
walkthrough.

Aren't you a little bit too old for this type of games??

At the moment I am lost in Haven ....but before I go into world I'll save
the game and then I'll take the time to explore and look around.....I like
that very much......
Later on I start over and with help of a walkthrough...I'll manage.
But I'll never go back to Spire...didn't like it at all and I never ever
could have solved it on my own!!!
See you
