Myst IV - Collector's Edition???

On the Mysterium fan site (http://www.mysterium.ch/), I see mentions
of the "Collector's Edition" of Revelation, which aparently has a
bonus DVD with behind-the-scenes material. At first, I could only
find a Collector's Edition of the game on amazon.co.uk (which took
some looking, as I live in the United States, and normally use
amazon.com). But then I read an online review that mentioned that the
Collector's Edition included Exile (Myst 3), and was the only thing on
the shelves, or words to that effect.

So, I've looked at my copy of Revelation, and there are two DVDs, plus
a bonus copy of Exile. However, the documentation doesn't mention any
behind-the-scenes stuff that I can enjoy. One would think there would
be shortcuts created to thse movie files if they were available.

So, anyone know for sure? Am I going to have to order a copy of the
game from overseas to enjoy the behind-the-scenes videos? I'd far
rather have gotten those than an additional copy of Exile that'll
never be removed from the box.
