Although most of what u say is true... I do not paraphrse i do read

replying for or that interest me.. so don't go accuseing me of makeing
things up on the spot... as for the spam thing if u were told u didn't
have to pay the money for these points (which they are costly) and all
u had to do was put it in ur signatures... that u'll recieve the
points..... come on let's just through this whole spam thing aside.
If ur that concern y bother looking at it or mentioning it....

Nope, no putting the spam thing aside, instead <shudder> more education
for you!

It just may be that I was totally correct in one of my first replies to
you AJ, you are simply new to this whole newsgroup thing. If you are -
and it is looking like it since you seem to be learning fairly quick, you
did remove above mentioned links, and we all thank you for it - it might
have been easier on everybody if you just admitted it, we could try to
teach as we go, and give you more slack then.
Maybe. Wink

Now, to educate a bit maybe, actually, you could put some of your links in
a 'real' signature, which is what you see at the bottom of this post (if
google shows it, lol), and most people would not mind at all, heck, some
would not even see it (their newsreader program can be and is set to not
show sigs). If you only get 'points' if you get them all in at once,
well, we would have to request you to keep refraining entirely then. (at
least for now, see later paragraph) Also, they should not be in html
format, usenet was originally set up for text, and unless the word
'binaries' is in a newsgroups title, all posts really should be in
straight text. This does not preclude posting aforementioned links, just
do it in plain text, newsreader programs are set up usually to be allow
someone to just click on it anyway if they desire to.
An example of a 'sig' line - what would go below the two dashes.

A search engine url: www.google.com

Where you could change it to one of the lines you need to get your points.
If you need to get all the links, but they don't all have to be at once,
post a third or a half at a time, rotating.
Signatures are 'supposed' to be a max of four lines after the two dashes,
although some people can get away with more if/when they have 'proven'
themselves over time, as a newer subscriber you are doing things right by
dropping them so far at least.
Heh, it's like learning the rules to chess or something eh? I know there
are a few nice 'netiquette' articles floating around the net if you want
to try to learn all the 'rules' at once. Just google netiquette.

Or, I could be giving you more troll points here.
At least I tried. :p
Remember what I said about thick skin.
Names are sometimes called for friendly reasons as well as hostile,
haven't you ever called your closest friend a <insert your favorite
epithet here>?
It is your 'initiation' and trial period all in one right now, doing fair
so far.

Now, here is how you can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are not
here just to troll.
Post your online account name and what realm and whether you play ladder
or off-ladder.
If possible, post what times you normally play.
If / when a 'reg' from here sees and / or plays with you and posts about
it here, everyone will know that you are 'ok'.
Hopefully, we can / will welcome you to our little 'fold'.
If you only play SP, this may take longer. :\

I gave a fast look at what i stil have on East that could be helpful
beside the already mentioned stuff.
This is a approximative list :

Runes: Jah, Ber (Ith and 3 os Armor are missing...) some Guls and Puls
, maybe a couple of Ists. A lot of Sols, Shaels, Dols, and Lums.

Around 50 PGems.

Some all resistance jewels (14 and 15), some ED one, and a lot of
unknown ones :\

Saracen, Atma ammys.

Shadow Discipline GC, and several mysterious ones as well

2 or 3 sojs.

If you like any, i'll be happy to gather them on the same character
have a fast deliver to New York...

Louis

P.S.: If you insist, my date could bring her new sister Analucia
(formerly known as Big Raymond before the operation.).
Your call ! (better have a LOT of beer if you accept though...and he,
i mean she, loves peppermints...the little green ones (dont dare
bringing the blue ones !!! My god !! He, i mean she, is gonna rape your
chesterfield 3 or 4 times if you do that !!) He, i mean she, is a very
friendly thing but still, one has to be careful. I guess this is normal
in his, i mean her situation, is'nt it ?? Not everyone can easily
accept such a failure from a thrusted surgeon !!)

L.

PPS: AJ....be very carefull now !!!

My cousin and I have the same thing going, either mainly solo or just play
together, for the exact reasons you already listed.

My two main account names are:
art4dent2
arts_secret
I am playing strictly ladder these days, all our (mine and my cousins)
off-ladder accounts expired from non-use. We are on USwest servers. You
forgot to say which realm/servers you play on.
Whoops, heh, I forgot to even ask/mention - soft core here.
Around here that gets abbreviated as USWLsc (I think).
There are some people here that play off-ladder, you may get a
shout/whisper sooner than you expect, heh.
In order to add a friend to your friends list (which can only hold a total
of 25 people), you hit enter to open the chat window, then type a slash,
followed by the letter F, then a space, then the letter A, then another
space, then the account name you want to add, and then hit enter. You do
not have to use caps, I only did for clarity here. To remove someone, you
use R, instead of A, otherwise same format.
You can move peoples names up and down in your list too, p=promote,
d=demote.
In order to see the name of the game your friend is in, he must have your
name in his list also.
The whole list of available 'friends' commands is over at the battle.net
web site. Which can answer almost every D2 game mechanics question. Here
in the newsgroup is where we hone strategies, complain about the lag, tell
tales, complain about the lag, brag over finds, complain about the lag,
and sometimes we even complain about the dang LAG which sux so bad.
