Movement results email problem

Hello,

In one of my game I'm GM'ing one of my players claims he doesn't
receive movement results (he has a Yahoo account). He has no problems
with press, retreat and build results though. The Judge Keeper told me
the Judge logs show no errors in sending the results, and the player
tells me they didn't end up in his spam or bulk mail. Does anyone have
an idea what the problem could be, or any similar experiences? Thank

I've seen it before. My hunch is Bayesian filters. Some spam filters
score messages based on how much they use words or combinations of
words typical of the mail expected on that server. Move orders have a
higher proportion of machine generated Diplomacy specific terminology
to natural language than other mails from the judge, therefore they are
more likely to score as spam on such filters. In addition to the
honesty, reliability and ability of the player not being a known
quantity, we never know what these mail services are doing on their own
servers.
