I have a Superior Great Hauberk with 15% ED and 11% Durability. I thought
that I could use the cube recipe to socket it in an attempt to get 3
sockets. Is this even possible? From what I've seen, it's Tal, Thul, P
Topaz and Armor, and boom, sockets. Does this only apply to normal armor?

Ah, but I do believe you can repair it in the cube (RAL) and that
should reset the i-lvl to 1. If you THEN hand it to Larzuk, you will
get 3.

Yes the cube recipe only works on Non-Superior items. If you wish to socket
it you'll have to ask Larzuk to use his talent.. ;-P
