I have Neverwinter Nights 1.

I was interested in good modules by class. For example, best druid
module, best barbarian mod. If the module is not geared to a certain
class. Maybe you played the module and said "Hey this mod is not bad
for a Monk" Or theif or whatever . . .

I tried searching Neverwinter Vault, but, it is not easy to find good
mods by class.

Well, I only know one of the best ones for paladin:

- Midnight
- Twilight

Both from Rick Burton. Sadly Dawn was never published.

Very good mods that explore everything paladin-like.

There's "The Way of The Open Hand" for monks:

There are several for Rogues, like Honor among Thieves, A Dance with Rogues
1 and 2.
Bard has a rather new one, I've forgotten the name.
The Blackguard Trilogy is pretty good.
Even some that work for certain PRC classes:
K1 and K2 for Ninja
Ronin for Samurai
