Mod to choose spell rank?

I think there are rules about mods changing the UI in combat, making
more buttons appear, something like that. You could make a macro, for
instance I have a button that casts Healing Wave(Rank 1) when pressed
normally but casts Healing Wave(Rank 7) if I hold down Shift. The
problem with macros is that they override normal behaviour, so as it
is, the button can't heal yourself with Alt any more. You have to
program the Alt behaviour back into the macro.

You can do that with macros, so long as the spell level is something YOU
select. Back in the old days macros could choose spell levels for you, and
that is now gone and never coming back. *
