Windows interface, three Win32 slowdown methods, two DOS slowdown methods,
and many options. Mo'Slo 4BIZ can actually play many old PC-XT (4.77MHz)
games in Windows XP and 2000 on the fastest P4s and Athlons, with little
effect on Windows or other programs. It overcomes the Turbo Pascal load-time
