Mirage Town/ Sky Pillar!!!

For Sky Pillar you need to go to Pacificlog and then surf East, staying to
the top. When there is a break in the rocks that lets you pass, go up, sort
of zigzaggy to the Island. You will not need to use the Mach bike to get
Ray to help calm the other two down, just later if you want to catch it.
There is still some going up and then breaking down the floor to go up a
different set of stairs though.
