Minimap tracker icon has vanished

Let me guess, you use cartographer?

It recently got a major release (2.0), and it's completely hosed. *

It isn't, no. I've also tried using MoveAnything to move the tracking
icon to somewhere that I am sure nothing else will appear (like away
from the actual minimap) and it does appear to have a portion of the UI
reserved for it, but when I am tracking something the icon doesn't
appear - if I right-click on the space where the icon *should* be, it
stops tracking whatever it was tracking, so the icon is definitely
there, it's just invisible :s

I use latest cartographer and the mining tracker icon shows up fine. Dont
know about herbs.
