Yep, in the OpenSP mod I play there are 3 ship yards, and a few other
stations all clumped very very close together.

The rest of the system is filled entirely with ice asteroids and is
relatively empty as far as my scouting was concerned. I did locate two jump
holes directly above the ship yards, but they might have been there only
because of the mod.
