Hello all.

I was wondering if anyone could point me to information (beyond the
in-game help) about Masterminds? I'm looking for good bind info and
build hints, etc.

I started a MM on Triumph about a week ago when Virtue was down. I
didn't play him much the first week, but over the last couple days I've
leveled him quite a bit. I really like the control aspect of playing a
MM, I feel like a blaster who heals. I've been having a lot of fun with it.

n.

The official forums have very detailed info on how to set up binds for
pets (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

I don't know why you say that. I never felt like an 'spectator'. In
fact, hardly ever I'm watching the actual mob my pets are fighting.
While they're fighting a mob I'm busy debuffing another one, paralyzing
yet another one, healing a teammember, slowing a whole bunch of mobs,
directing mobs to the newly debuffed mob when they finish the first
one, etc.
I guess it depends on what gameplay you prefer. For example, I just
can't stand being melee, I've tried them all (scrapper, tanker, brute,
stalker) and none make me happy. Defender and blaster I like ok, but
controller and mastermind are my favorites by far.

Go to the Mastermind forum at www.cityofheroes.com. It's filled
with guides, especially if you're a likely-too-powerful
Robots/Dark.

But in any case, there are a bunch of good bind guides for
Masterminds there.

I liked it at first, because I leveled so fast. But ultimately,
it made me feel like a spectator. If I want to be a spectator
I'll play a bubble defender. Wink
