Dunno the exact name (perhaps "Trinket manager") but yes, u can find it
in ui.worldofwar.com and it show the two trinket's slots, if u hoover
the mouse on one slot, the complete selection of your tinkets appear,
letting u to swap them... very useful if u r an engineer... so am i...

The simplest is just to have a toolbar with your trinkets in it - when you
press the button the top trinket slot is filled with that trinket. Most
clothing mods also do this - my fishing suit is also my riding suit (I may
have the only pair of sandals in existence with mithril spurs on them), so
I have fishing buddy stick the carrot in the first slot when I change
outfits, and put back what was there when I switch back.

Two problems with this - if the item has a use function, there's a 30
second cooldown before it can be used. Also, you can't swap trinkets in
combat. *

Yup, just drag them to a slot. If you click on an unequipped trinket, it
will be automatically equipped into the top trinket slot.

Right - equip the long-cooldown on until you use it, and then swap in
something else. By the way, MAKE A DEATH RAY. You will not regret it, most
of the time. The shrink ray can be very useful too, especially when it crits
and raises the attack power of the entire party, or drops the princess to
gnome size. [1]. *

P.S. This actually happened - I and another engineer in the party both
zapped her at once, and she got so small we had a hard time finding
her.
