Working on getting a Major Havoc going and have a question about a
small video issue we're having. In attract mode, when it game goes to
the "Major Havoc" title screen we're getting two spots of jumpy video
for a split second. Basically part of the text jumps and then goes
back in place.
I'm guessing the board has an issue, but just wanted to confirm this
wasn't "normal".
Can somebody with a Major Havoc confirm this for us?

If you have a spare dac laying around, jump each one and see if it
stops. it's a 50/50 you have a dac on the way out. The other 50% is bad
