Post subject: New Mage Signature Characters

So, what do you think of the new sig characters? Arctos seems a little
dull (wonder who the helmeted cyclist was?), but I like the others!
Gloriana shows that good old-fashioned SOE-style technomagi are still
possible, tho I suspect that they are a little more mystical now. Both
she and Morvran are interesting in that they show that a mage can start
with above average knowledge, tho I wonder if that will be possible
with starting PCs. Nine Fox Thunder is the first look at the Asian side
of the new WoD that I've seen; mention of "certain secret sword forms
from Wudang Mountain" leaves me wanting much more!^^
Obviously we're in for a Moros Adamantine Arrow tomorrow...

And it looks like I was wrong; tho looking back at the others, it seems
that representing every Order was not the intent, since we get two
Mysterium characters...
Instead, we get our first look at the new setting's Nephandi
equivalent, a servant of the "Hidden Lords". We haven't heard of these
guys before, right?

Hmmm...so after some interesting offerings for the last couple of
weeks, we're now getting a look at a mage's diary. And he's the dullest
of all the signature characters that we've seen so far. It still might
be more interesting if this weren't just a slightly more in-depth
version of the Background we've *already been given* for the
character!>_<

Arctos is the "He could be your new Mage PC," guy. He's not really a
case study for veteran Mage gamers who want to know how to apply the
new game to the concepts they've been thinking of over the interim.
Nine Fox Thunder is more of that kind of thing. Morvan is ye olde NPC
Mentor.
The guy on the bike is named Zeno.
