Macro resources?

Anyone know of a good primer on macro-writing (as opposed to just a list of
already-written macros)?

I use wowwiki when I need anything macros:

There is a tutorial, FAQ as well as "Useful Macros for <Insert Class>"
(last is specifically not what you asked for, but I learn a lot by
looking at pre-made code).
