Right now I have this macro:

/castsequence [modifier:Shift] Power Word: Fortitude; reset=5 Inner
FIre, Power Word: Fortitude

I use the modifier so I can cast PW:F on other players. But is there a
way for me to simply be able to press the macro key (without a modifier)
and it does the following:

1. When I have no target, it casts Inner Fire, then PW:F on me.
2. If I have a valid target, it casts PW:F on them.

That way I don't need to press Shift.

/cast [notarget] spell1 ; [target=help] spell2

works, I'm pretty sure. If not, it's something very close to that.

I changed it to that and it seems to work.

I've used this macro but have to press the key each time i want to
execute a spell. I have it on my Minus key .

/castsequence reset=combat/target the name of the spell here. No
matter what spell, Works all the time,
