Mac halo game

I have a Mac halo game (purchased) but it seems I need a different Key
code for playing multi-player over my home network. I have two
questions: 1) is this the case (or am I doing something wrong), and 2)
If I do indeed need a different Key code for playing multi-player over
my home network, can anyone direct me to where I can obtain one
(preferably for free). Most multiplayer games I've encountered do not
require a different Key code for playing multi-player over my home
network. I was quite shocked to see a message which suggested that this
was the case.

You need a different key for each game you are running.
So, you should be able to use the same key for LAN plan as on the internet,
however any other PC's on your lan will need their OWN cd-key for each other
copy you are running.
