MUSIC REVIEW

1) Nuclear Warrior. First of all, the mix is awful. Come to think of
it,
there is no mix. Just some Super-8 footage of a garage band that could
be
eclipsed by any high-school age kids jamming on any street in the
country.
A guitarist who can't get beyond the pentatonic scale, other than to tap
(within no scale) or turn on the wah-wah pedal. I can't say anything
about
the drummer or bassist, since I couldn't hear them. Followed by someone
(who I assume is Scott Lifshine) acting like a preacher and getting one
of
his buddies to join in.

2) The Judge Maria Lopez episode, where Scott sues a film publicist who
failed to make the Nuclear Warrior film famous. Scott had to have known
he
was in trouble when he claimed he had footage of the California Jam,
which
in his words was bigger than Woodstock, and the judge said "I was at
Woodstock, and I've never heard of this California Jam." And
unbelievably
(sarcasm) it goes downhill from there. Scott claims to have 1974
footage of
the WWF, which is no doubt owned by the WWF and would quickly get Scott
sued
if he ever tried to market it as his own. Scott claims the Nuclear
Warrior
film is "bigger than the Beatles ....no other music matters but my
music",
which the judge scoffs at. Scott claims the film publicist told him to
call
him every day while he was at the NXNE festival and was then yelled at
over
the phone, while the publicist claims he specifically told Scott NOT to
call
him while at the NXNE festival. And what did Scott ask? "Do I have a
million dollars yet or do I have to get a job?" Shortly afterwards, the
judge puts Scott out of his misery and awards him nothing.

Scott, has it occurred to you that you've made a fool of yourself
putting a
video out there of losing a court case? That even the studio audience
was
laughing at your ludicrous claims? That your non-sensical ramblings
just
keep making you look more and more like a deranged lunatic? That people
who
want a million dollars typically have a job and try to save money,
rather
than mis-represent home movies and material that doesn't even belong to
you?

I'm not going to get in a flame-war with you over this.....there are
enough
people in this NG who do that on a daily basis. This is all I have to
say
on the subject: Seeing these two videos and how you conduct yourself in
NGs
and message boards, I think you should seriously consider some sort of
help,
be it therapy, counseling, drugs, or all of the above. Your perception
of
reality is obviously a lot different than what's really happening, and
it's
sad to see you disgrace yourself over and over again, to the point where
your credibility is nonexistent.
