Coupla quick questions.
Is there any way to remove your MM henchmen spam from your chat window?
Their speech bubbles are enough, I'm getting tired of seeing 6 affirmative
responses in my chat window every time I tell them to do something. And,
I checked, henchmen don't fall under the "Pet" speech category.
Unrelated question. Anyone tried teleporting up somewhere high,
teleporting a non-flying foe to you, and letting him fall from a great
height? >> Stay informed about: MM question and PVP tactic |

If you only created your MM after I7 then that's the problem, it's
bugged. You may be seeing someone else's pet talk and because of the
bug, the text is going to your chat window. Normally this wouldn't
show in your window, as you probably have the option of seeing your own
pet chat only, but I7 screwed the whole thing up.

You could do that before, they would get hurt but you wouldn't get exp
off that, but in one of the patches they introduced a range for tp foe,
so you can't be too far up for them to take much damage. >> Stay informed about: MM question and PVP tactic |

Nope, I created him the day CoV was released.

They're definitely my pets. Happens when I'm on a mission solo.

Yeah, but that's what I'm saying, I *don't* want to see my pet chat in my
chat window, and there seems to be no way to turn it off. >> Stay informed about: MM question and PVP tactic |

You've got something seriously wierd going on.
I just now logged onto my bot/trap MM, and none of their responses ever
appear in my chat window (or any other.)
My chat is split into the main window with all player chat channels, one
window for all combat related stuff, one for system/reward/errors, and
one for pet and npc speech.
I hit the Attack button "petcom_all Attack Aggressive" and they all
respond they are attacking and switching to aggressive - in normal
speech balloons, nothing in any window.
If I go to options/general/pet response text and set to disable, there's
no response visible at all.
Pet Speech is the pets actually saying something, not the generic
responses - as in the owner using petsay.
What channel are these pet responses on? Local, team, something else?

If you right click on the tab you can set what type of messages you
want to see in that window. One of the options is 'pet' I believe, so
give that a try >> Stay informed about: MM question and PVP tactic |

I can't tell, I haven't tried disabling them one-by-one to find out which

It's coming in on the "Damage Inflicted" channel. How friggin' odd.
Actual damage that I inflict is easily readable, bright and opaque as all
the other text. But the pet speech comes in as "Damage Inflicted," and
you can barely see it at all. >> Stay informed about: MM question and PVP tactic |

What music?
Oh yeah, now I remember, I removed those a while back.
