You may know that I support the Mission Aviation Fellowship, and in today's
news mag there is an announcement of the new bush plane the Kodiak 100 they
are going to use to replace the Cessna 206. I thought some of you might like
to take a look at its specs.

Lionheart Creations produces the Kodiak. I have had it a year of so and it
is a great
STOL plane. Also come with some nice scenery to go along with the 'flights'
it installs.

I hope they will continue to use the GA8 Airvan as they are a big
customer. The GA8 seems very suitable for MAF as they fly a lot of short
trips with high passenger demand and the 8 seater is really suitable
operationally and cost-wise.

Bernie,
In the MAF magazine they are very excited about the new Kodiak and say that
it has been designed precisely for their type of work. As the CEO of the
manufacturer of the aircraft has been the president of MAF for the last ten
years, I guess that it must be the most suitable. MAF pilots were involved
in the specifications and design.
