I think it was Jeanie that mentioned that you could have lots without
roads...How do you do that? I would like to make my neighborhood look
more medieval by emiminating houses stuck on raods..it would be neat if
i could stick the serf shcks into the middle of a terrain like they
should be

Nope, that wasn't me. I have no idea how to do that. Have you checked
the tutorials at MTS2? Maybe Engram knows.

The only ones I found involved swapping out neighborhoods and using SC4
to delete roads but I thought I read here that there was some way to do
ti with the existing game by using a boolprop cheat and using the portal
flamingo...

I don't know how to do it. I've never actually tried playing around with my
neighbourhood terrains, removing roads, etc.

Np, that's not what I mena. I lready have dirt roads using Near Dirt for
the lush terrain...I emant actually being ablet o physically drop lots
elsewhere than roads..there were very few raods back then...

How about green roads so it looks like there are none?

Katy's probably thinking of a feature of the lot adjuster. It can delete
roads and move lots. I haven't tried that feature of it myself, but I do
know that it can do it.

sigh...it already more or less looks like that and I took all the street
signs out but the wagons still whip around and the mailboxes are still
all in a row...Guess I can start moving mailboxes but I hate having the
schoolbus driving on the lawn1

Isn't there a boolprop cheat to delete all roads? The mailbox and garbage
can will be in the regular place, when you add or build a lot, but
moveobjects on will take care of that quite quickly, and the houses and
farms can get that scattered look.

Just a sec, I have the game running ... nop, not there, ust a sec while I
check another place ... nope, can't find it. I know I saw somewhere how to
do it, so I will keep looking.
