Is the Long Bridge switch Broke

I am using the lastest 2.0.1 Alpha 38. The longest bridge I can build is 18
lengths from one land point across the water to another land point. Other
words only 16 lenghts will fit across water. This is true for both veh and
trains. I tried dates 1921, 1950,1960, & 2050. No change, can only get a
bridge of 18 tiles length. The long bridge switch is on (should be able to
get 127 tile bridge). Also add, that on land I can only get 18 tile bridge.
Any bridge length up to 18 works on land or sea. But no will not go be on
18 lengths. You get the error msg can't build bridge here.

I also use the American train set and with the new Station Menu change. The
longest Platform length is 7 and the Max number of tracks is three. So, I
can only build a max station of 3X15 (2 each 3x7 and 1each 3x1 for the Basic
Platforms selection . So now I can only build a dirt station that is 3x15 or
7X15 max. No four Platforms 4x15. I Like to use dirt stations for any
mining type and Electric Power stations. Noticed the country station is 5x7
normal so this will give a 5x15 or 7x15 (first number being the number of
tracks and the second number the number of platforms). Same results using
different DB sets. Have not gone back to past updates to see when this
happened. I have not saved any games. But will if needed and if i know
where to send the attachment will also do that.

The TTD is still the best train game. And thanks to everyone who as made
outstanding improvements to the game.

Yes, you're right, it's broken. I'll fix it in the next release.

Yes, the new stations typically don't have layouts for all lengths and
numbers of platforms. That's just how the graphics are written and if a
layout isn't defined, the patch can't offer it. You can of course also
build it 6x7 instead of 3x15, but for larger stations you need to choose
a different set I'm afraid.
