Lockpicks,healing potions, and TES:ARENA

First of all, Arena's running really slow, but Daggerfall works perfectly. Isn't Dagger much larger than Arena? Am i not missing out and should I not even mess with it?

Where can you buy/find lockpicks? and healing potions? I have a feeling its one of the potions in most alchemist shops, like pure water or something, but idk.

I love Daggerfall, I hate how they took the "feeling" away in Morrowind(it seemed like you were on an alien world, not very D&Dish<-lol) but they did sorta bring the feeling back with Oblivion, but its still not as perfect as Dagger. Ive heard Arena has a larger world than Dagger, but it was a smaller download, so idk. Help? lol
