MMO, Friendship and life - I’m in the MMO doldrums. I’m cynical about games built around a grind — these days, if there’s a grind, it’s there on purpose. The devs want you standing around doing boring stuff for little or no reward. I feel more and more like logging in..

Now I know why adventure games are not very popular - I picked up Syberia at Walmart for ten bucks. Where's the game in this thing? The hardest part about it is finding all the hotspots to click your mouse. Last adventure game I buy, that's for sure.

Yes.

The only thing I can think of is to see if there`s a crack for it.

I don`t know if starforce kicks-in when you install the game
or the first time you actually run it as I don`t how these things work but
if it`s the latter then I would imagine it would be just a matter of
replacing certain game files before you first play. Not sure of the legality
but if you`ve bought it but don`t want the SF junk it uses then who cares.

Well of course I bought the game Smile but I 've had a lot of trouble with
StarForce once (I should have listened to Murray!)
I 've installed Black Mirror with starForce protection. No Problem. Then I
installed I thougt it was Ankh..also with Sf.....and uninstalled Black
Mirror.
Half of my desktop icons were gone....it was a mess. I did an
systemrecovery....but eventually I had to reinstall everything. So I dont
want to install a game with SF anymore...I will look what google has to say
about it
Thanks Mick
