Circle constantly (don't change direction) so the ghosties don't get
you. If you use the Venom get up close. Use an SMG if you have to, but
really you shouldn't have to, there is enough ammo lying about if you
don't faff about shooting minions.

Ok, the only ammo I saw is right at the beginning of the level before I am
confronted. I'll look for more. Thanks.

BTW, I always shoot the first few people with the Mauser before I eneter the
venue and that takes them out.

Go to the big stack of crates - quite a bit of ammo there

IIRC one (or more) of the "people" is responsible for creating the ghouls -
kill him/her/it quickly, then take down the big guy.

I haven't played single player since a couple of weeks after it was
released, so I'm going by my hazy memory here. It might be wrong.
