A question regarding Ananasi Vampirephile and Muricia's Call.

Once per turn, the Ananasi can play a card requiring ani as a vampire.
If it plays Muricia's call, it then employs the retainer that requires
animalism. And by the previous ruling where if a vampire with ANI did
this, it could employ the retainer at ANI, one would assume that when
you reach the 'employ retainer' part of Muricia's that it checks what
level of ani you have. And since the Ananasi only has ani as far as the
Muricia's card is concerned, and not any other card (such as the
retainer you just fetched).

do you then fail to employ?

The action fizzles?

Something else?

Employs at [ani], since that (employ) is the resolution of Muricia's Call.
