That gives +8 damage to head or leg item, and is not all that good
compared to the +100 health or +150 mana you can get (or 20 fire
resist).
Or, and this is why the Libram of Focus is priced insanely high, go to
Zul'Gurub and get friendly reputation. Then collect an epic bit
(Primal Hakkari item) from a boss (all bosses except Hakkar,
Gahz'ranka, and Edge of Madness can drop it), and a Punctured Voodoo
Doll.
Turn it all in to an NPC inside ZG and collect your very own class
enchant - appliable to head and leg items.
A mage needs:
1x Punctured Voodoo Doll (mage)
1x Primal Hakkari Girdle
1x Arcanum of Focus
For the Arcanum of Focus you need:
1x Libram of Focus
1x Pristine Black Diamond
2x Skin of Shadow
4x Large Brilliant Shard
This gives a Presence of Sight - one time use, that puts this enchant
on the head or leg item of your choice:
18 Dmg/Heal, 1% chance to hit with spells
As an example, a priest doing the same will need:
1x Punctured Voodoo Doll (priest)
1x Primal Hakkari Tabard
1x Arcanum of Focus
and gets: Prophetic Aura
10 Sta, 4 Mana Regen, 24 Healing
Btw, as for librams:
Mages, warlocks, priests, and shamans need Libram of Focus.
Druids, paladins, and warriors need Libram of Protection.
Hunters, and rogues need Libram of Rapidity.
Why they didn't put shamans on Protection or Rapidity librams, I still
don't get - the current distribution leaves horde with 4,2,2 classes
for the different librams, and pushes Focus up into completely insane
prices on the AH.
