Yay for Eaxis yet again!

Not only do we get rewarded with a pyjama top for buying millions of units,
we also get to have our object recolours borked with a new stuffit pack.
Because apparently releasing a stuff pack that is compatible with EPs
released post-Seasons is too much work. Get the fix here (if you got K&B
Stuff):

I also meant to add that the new K&B items are missing post-seasons
interactions (leftovers, serving platters, etc), not just that recolours of
many existing items (like the kiddie oven) won't work any more.

Cheers!

They released a pack of fancy kitchen stuff where we can't save leftovers?
Just what is the point of buying that?? The new fridge in FreeTime works,
so why can't these? I have custom stuff now mising interactions, I wouldn't
want to actually pay for it.Smile

Many thanks. I noticed the problems with the fridge, although a Sim can
put leftovers in it it then disappears in some kind of black hole very
similar to the one we have with socks and our dryer (can't find all the
things back you put in it).

Haven't had the time to test it. But I think it is a royal screw up by
Eaxis. Again.

The bulletin board at EA games says that they used the PETS expansion
as the basis for K&B. Seems kind of disrespectful of their customers
to not put in key features like left overs for a KITCHENS items pack.

I am very disappointed in this pack, which I wasn't with any of the others,
as it has very little in it, only two new kitchen counters for instance.
It just looks like stuff they could have put in Free Time and not be
noticed.
Most of it is very masculine type stuff too.

My game has started to "ring home" again as when I minimised it after
playing for a while my spychecker noted and asked my permission for it to
get in touch with an EA site.

Whenever I play an EA game without the internet connection in, it starts up
immediately and I can turn off all the security programs.

I think that's the SecuROM thing. There are instructions here on how to get
rid of it and keep it from coming back. You'll have to use a noCD crack to
start your game.
