Just wanted to add a quick reply on the "delay" of Killzone 2 to Feb 2009.
To be clear, there is nothing wrong or causing a delay to the development of
the title. We (SECA) had to look at the fall calendar with SOCOM,
LittleBigPlanet, MotorStorm: Pacific Rift, Resistance 2, plus some PSN
titles and make a decision where each game should come out. Killzone 2 was
moved to Feb 2009 to make sure we didn't have three shooters in the
marketplace competing for retail dollars during the same holiday season. The
game will be great and it will be out in Feb 2009 in both Europe and North
America.
Hope this helps - alot of times we gamers read delay and think something is
wrong, in this case, it was a pure management decision

I dont know about you, but i appreciate the honesty. And what with all these
great games coming along, you cant just set out for one purchase. So on top
of it all, yeah, i planned on buying all those games, but i'm glad i dont
have to spend it all out in one month. >> Stay informed about: Killzone 2 delayed because of management decision |

I will never understand why so many games come out during the holiday season
and then we are left high and dry most of Spring and Summer. Any way this
game is really starting to look as incredible as the hype surrounding it.
When I first saw the early demo I was less than impressed but now this game
is coming along nicely. I love that there is no hud, the hit animations,
lighting and art direction of this title. How nice would it be if for once a
game actually lived up to the hype? >> Stay informed about: Killzone 2 delayed because of management decision |

You mean an exclusive lived up to the hype... right?
Because for me, GTAIV has easily lived up to and surpassed it's hype. >> Stay informed about: Killzone 2 delayed because of management decision |

Resistance 2 AND Socom. It makes a LOT of sense to delay it to 2009.
I am hoping there is some distance between Socom and Resistance 2, at
least a few months there. That is too much top level FPS shooter
pushing to have too close. Gives Killzone 2 even more time for
polish.
