When I was browsing the official WoW site, I found that the killing
of the boss of the enemy capital city gives a lot of PvP honor.
However, the bosses are quite deep in the city, so I think it would be
extremely hard to even get there. Do people actually manage to
kill the bosses of the capital cities?

Alliance do manage to take out Horde leaders on occasion.

Horde taking out Alliance leaders is much rarer, and I'm not sure if anyone
has ever managed to kill King Magni.

This is due to population imbalance, though the city layout doesn't help
either, with each of the Horde towns having back entrances.

That is the back entrance! Since you don't have umpteen Horde
standing in front of it you can easy get in and run to Thrall or a safe
place and summon the raid.

Where is the back entrance of Orgrimmar? I know the southern and the western
entrances, and the western entrance is less populated than the southern one,
but I wouldn't think of it as a back entrance, since it is at least as far
from the Thrall's chamber as the southern entrance.

To be fair, Stormwind and Ironforge have a backdoor too. It's just that
they are connected to each other (ie The Tram). That makes a pretty
good spot to summon a Horde army, especially in the middle where the
aquarium is.

Darnasus is alot harder to invade, with both the boat ride and teleport
pad. But again, technically it has a "backdoor" that leads out to the
rest of Teldrasill and the newbie NE area. Another awesome spot to
summon an army if you can just get a Warlock and 2 Rogues there to
start the process.

I think it's fair to say the the Undercity is the easiest to attack
with a basic assault via the sewers. But she's pretty well protected
once you get to the Royal chamber for sure.

As far as I know, the Deeprun Tram is technically an instance and
summoning inside it isn't possible unless the folks are in the tram.
However, there are PLENTY of places in Stormwind to hide outside of
view and guard aggro (I've done extensive exploring after chain corpse
running past the fountain/AH area). Argent Dawn building, Old Town,
Dwarven district are all fairly deserted. There are lots of empty
basements in SW! IF is a bit more complicated, but there are a fair
number of safe spots in their too.

An ideal summon group might be warlock/rogue/druid, just in case the
warlock goes down after he's used his soulstone during a run into the
city.

To be really fair, using the tram as a "back" door requires you to first run
through the front door of either city, so it's not much of a "back" door.
