Some custom maps have elaborate "keyboard gymnstaics" where one has to
navigate across narrow beams or posts at irregular intervals.

When I do these I have to carefully go from one to the other and invariably
end up in the toxic soup below.

In MP, I see people bouncing from one to the next at full speed. Is there
some trick to allow you to land squarely on the next spot?

Practice and nimble fingers, it's the same thing with say doing shock
combos while moving.

There are some maps I can properly navigate blindfolded or rather I
could a few years back where I did UT almost every night.

Kind regards

BunnyTracker, the Ctf variant where each team must try to get a flag and
return it via a complicated path, without shooting each other. Cool idea
but I find it really frustrating.

There are several BT sections in Monsterhunt maps too.

Experience. Knowing how far you can jump, how long to push forward for.
I don't personally have the patience for it but admire them that do.
