Shout out to Ken Layton. I need HELP

I have one of these K7197 pigs. I replaced C36, Q11, And IC4.
It was first blowing fuses so I replaced these parts. Now It no longer
blows the chassis fuse but instead the cabinet AC fuse. What is that
all about?

All solder points are good on the board. My only thoughts are to
replace a couple other Safety caps (C36, C34 and maybe the diodes)

Why would it on power up feedback and blow the AC line feed into the
cabinet? I can't keep it on long enough to test my voltage at any
points on the chassis before it blows the fuse.

I just don't get it. Any thoughts

Thanks So much

I should also mention I tried the chassis with 2 tubes and both act the
same way.
