Justifiers the RPG, StarChilde Publications

I love this game. It holds a special place in my gamer's heart. A few
years ago I visited their site and it appeared that a new edition was
due for release. I just now checked and can't find their page. Does
anyone know if they are still around? Is the new edition vaporware? TIA
