Think someone could copy/paste the total list of items that I can
create to my inventory here. Only access to the web is through work
and web sense does not block my access here from google.

Create? As in fabricate from nothing? It's a fairly small list; here are the
ones I can recall:

The spell "Enchanted Weapon" allows you to create a weapon.

The Cloak of Stars allows you to create darts.

At higher levels with Throne of Bhaal installed, you can learn to scribe
scrolls or brew potions.

The spell Goodberry allows you to create healing berries.

Jan can make special projectiles for his special crossbow. If you've got the
right mod installed, he can also make "Boots of Jansenkind."

Or are you speaking of the artifacts that get assembled by Cromwell,
Cespenar, or the machine of Lum the Mad?
