Hey I don't mind that the wraiths at Gharrons can hit you up with
another Debilitating Touch. No preblemo at all.

But the current one you have on the counter can be down to a low amount
of time left, like 5 seconds (let alone anytime) and if you get hit
with a Debilitating Touch again before it runs out, the timer reesets
on the current one - ones if more than one.

I was wondering if I could run around and see how many I could stack up
given that each one resets.

Yes an interesting "feature" indeed.

It is not a bug - it is the exact feature that lets you keep that
stack of five sunders on your target without it falling off every time
the original ones 30 second timer runs out.

Thottbot says that it is a 2 minute buff that stacks up to 5 times
(http://www.thottbot.com/?sp=16333), that means that if you get hit
with it every 1 minute and 59 seconds (without resisting) then you
will build up a stack of five and never lose it.

The second the 2 minute timer runs out they will all fall off though.
