Post subject: Install problems with new games

a couple of games i bought recently will not load when i put them in my
computer, when they do manage to load they juat read as blank CDs

You may need a firmware update for your rom drive, search google.

Where are DS2 save games stored - I need to do a System Restore (picked a nasty little Trojan Horse) but I don't want to lose my Dungeon Siege 2 save games. I tried going to the Microsoft site but cannot find a reference to this problem.

Zonefriends Window empty - For a long time now, the Zonefriends window has been empty. However, in the games rooms, friends show up in the right panel, when being logged in. Have reset Internet Options to medium as adviced. No effect.
