Install Black Hawk Down on Vista

Hi all,

I am trying to install Delta Force: Black Hawk Down on Windows Vista
Ultimate but nothing happens. I run setup.exe and it just sits in
memory doing nothing. Is there a way to install it or does this game
not work on Vista?

I have tried copying the CD to a local drive, running it with
compatability mode (i tried Win98 and XP) and running it as
administrator but nothing works.

My computer is a dual-core 2.2 Ghz, 4gb of ram with 256 dedicated
video memory (and up to 1Gb of ram for the graphics card). I can run
Delta force extreme fine and it installed with no problems. The CD
autoplays but setup does not launch, i.e. i see nothing on the screen
but it is in memory.

Please help!

I managed to install it on Vista without any problems - not much help I
know, but it does work. I assume you are installing it from an
Administrator account?

Try exploring the disc and running setup directly rather than autoplay
