Post subject: Infants missing after move AL

Hello - so my Sim had a toddler and twin infants, and decided to move
from the trailer park to an apartment. After the move, the toddler is
there but the infants are missing! They are there in the title screen
and their thumbnails also appear, but no babies anywhere on the lot.
Ordinarily when this happens I would try to make the babies appear by
using the teleporter bush, but of course I can't put the bush anywhere
on the apartment lot. Any ideas? Maybe the babies will just appear
when they age into toddlers?? |

Do their icons show in the family thing on the lot? Check near the mailbox,
double-click their icon, and pray. |

Yes, their icons show (that's what I meant when I said "thumbnails".
But double-clicking on them does nothing. Maybe I will move them to a

They are usually either right by the mailbox, or at the edge of the lot
near the pedestrian portal. You can try getting the other teleporters
from simlogical, too. One is a painting and the other is a cat statue.
The cat statue was updated for pets, too. You should be able to place
either one of those on an apartment lot.

Hi - just wanted to let everyone know that I moved the family from the
apartment to a house, and the babies reappeared immediately. Maybe that
apartment lot is buggy...I did download and try out the cat statue
teleporter, but the option to teleport the infant twins wasn't there. >> Stay informed about: Infants missing after move AL |

I'm glad you got it sorted out. Was it one of the apartment lots that
came with the game or was it one you built or downloaded? I've no idea
why the thing went haywire for you.

One of the things I do when my babies go missing (like my brain-dead
nannies leave them laying outside in the snow) is put in a crib and
then click on the crib with the parent and have them Put XXXX in crib.
