1) Is "DirectX End-User Runtime" the same thing as 'Direct X' and should

2) Do most players use the 1st or third person view? I find it's hard to

I usually stick with 1st person view, but in melee combat switch to 3rd
person view to give me greater awareness of the combat area. This is how I
found Vampire: The Masquerade to be most effectively played, and it seems to
work in Oblivion.
