I9 set bonuses stacking

It's 5 of the exact same type of bonus, it doesn't care which set they
come from.

So if you have 6 +2% health set bonuses, you'd only get 10%.

But you could have 5 +2% health set bonuses and 2 +3% set bonuses and
you'd get 16%
