Hosting won't work

Hi thanks for help last time, but this time whenever I
host a game, on Age of Empires II or Expansion, the other
players in it won't show up. And they say that it
says "failed to join game" or something like that. Though
if someone else hosts a game it works alright for me, but
if I leave a game I am hosting and someone else takes
over, and I join, I have a probelm. It's confusing. Do
you know what is wrong and how to fix it? Thanks.
