Help with Oblivion

Stuck in the first little village, following the main quest.

Spoiler space...































I've been hired by the Duchess to find who stole the painting - I
taled to all on the list, and found another painting in the North
Tower, but am now stuck - any help who to talk to next ?

Update - I found the spor the painting of the church seems to be taken
from - hoping to find some evidence on the ground as to the artist,
but no luck. Also tried camping the painting and spot for 24 hours,
hoping to catch Painter, but no luck..
