Happy Fathers Day!! - To those of you with children (and some with I hope you had a restful, happy day. :) -- Miracle

Frightening Statistic - Hi folks - Heard something on the news I found this weekend, the world's will pass an estimated 6.5 Billion people. Meaning that the world's will have doubled since *1960*. 46 years. Yikes. This can't..

Ping: Miracle - Got the St Patty's day card and note book today. Thanks! The book looks great, and earned itself a spot on my desk next to the little container from Christmas (which receives lots of use)

I was Passing by... - Looooong time since I looked in here... A couple of faces (or names) are :)

Finally got around to reinstalling T1 - ... but for the life of me can't remember the variable to control FOV. 1440x900 is nice on it, but would like the extra vision.

Due to some changes in my work status -- same company, just different
arrangements -- my first 3 hours of the new year will be spent working. I
ain't complaining, as I still got to choose my own shift, it's just a bit
comical I thought. The main difference in my job is that I am now on set
hours and have to actually punch an electronic time card, but I will also be
getting full benefits and 18 days PTO which I did not have before. I
actually should be working less and making just as much. When I was a
contractor (read statutory employ) I felt like I should be working all the
time. Now I will be forced to take time off. I will be having 2-day
"weekends" (actually my days off are Sunday and Monday) for the first time
in like 6 years. With the added PTO I must just be able to overlook the
time clock thingy. Before I had a lot of leniency about when I started and
stopped, or even if I wanted to on any given day.

So, yes, Happy New Year!! :^)
