How would hallucinatory characters be classified in GURPS?
I'm specifically thinking of John Nash's visions in 'A beautiful Mind', the
wetware created 'Harvey' from Farscape and 'Frank' from Donnie Darko.

I think an appropriately-described Delusion would be best.
