HYP Question and Lizards

I was wondering the outcome of HYPing a Falcon into a planet. The Facon
would arrive with zero fuel and full of colonists. I would drop the
colonists for a Lizard Ground Assault and yet not have the Facon
killed. Assume he only has planet defense and no ships over the
planet, would this work?

No, because (a) you cannot drop clans without fuel (they will die or be
given back), and (b) planets *can* attack zero-fuel ships; Lizards are
not immune.
