I emailed their support.. that's pretty much what the support guy said.
He suggested a long list of BS that I know has nothing to do with the
problem.
Know what.. I think I got the exact same support guy for my DSL problems.

I saw Wireshark in the jpg you posted. Never heard of it so downloaded it.
Ran it.
What the heck does all those numbers mean, anyway? I now know why I never
had a sniffer. Cause I have no idea what to do with the results......
I have a Linksys wireless print server and one other computer on my network.
I occasionally see the IP for those devices appear on the list but nothing
that would see to cause a concern. Each IP might appear twice or three
times during a one minute period, but I would suppose that is normal
"chatter".
Am I right?

Anyone here read she`s a flight risk?
Anyone have a copy they could send to me?
I have a new Canon wireless printer...
I stuffed up the driver install on one PC...
Everytime another PC printed (didn't matter what one) this one PC (with
win7) would blue screen.
I had to totally uninstall drivers and remove printer on the PC, reboot
reinstall and all good.

I had to give up on the wireless connection to the HP printer because their
software was so screwed up. Even after I installed the USB connection the
HP software continued an endless conversation with the printer.
I had to reset the wireless settings on the printer to shut it up.
The funny part... HP's offshore technical support emailed me that I needed
to install a 2007 Microsoft patch that updates the Microsoft Update
program.
The patch had nothing to do with the issue and was a regular part of
Windows update, so it got patched way back in 2007.

Internet Protocol (IP) addresses are in "dotted quad" - 4 decimal numbers
separated by dots.
For instance Google's address is: 64.233.169.106
If you cut and paste this address into a browser's Address Bar it will take
you to Google, (which is one way to find out who the address belongs to).
The other way is to plug it into a "Whois" service like this one:
http://samspade.org/
Try it, this will give you the Website's street address and phone number
etc.
___________________
If I go to Google's homepage the packet sniffer will show:
No. Time Source Destination
16 9.902485 66.245.85.161 64.233.169.106
Sadly, this free packet sniffer doesn't decode the packet's Hex code. The
payware one I used to run would show you what the computers said to each
other in a clear format.

Thanks for the HU on that. I've been looking for a freeware analyzer
without luck for a while. Still need something like net stumbler
that works on my laptop.
