DualShock 2 controller compatible with PS3? - I have few good 3rd party (Sega and capcom designed for Street Fighter). to my the PS3 doesn't look like it has any port for DS2 any idea?

We just started up Guitar Hero 2 (real version) and found that the
stupid TAC Guitar Mania guitar isn't compatible with Guitar Hero 2. In
fact, it doesn't even work. Well, good thing I can still bring it back
to the store. Whew.

Just found out we can get an adapter to make it compatible...but we need pay $6.99 to get it.
