Wow, that was a rush. Thanks for the compliment.

Heh, in an IRC channel I'm in (we play weekly, but hang out and bullshit
the rest of the time), a regular there asked me, "have you actually used
all these rules at the table? And if you did, how did you get the
players to let you stop?"

Yeah, that felt good too.

You've got no chance, unfortunately. Unless we assume a vast amount of concealed
displeasure at Paizo Publishing on the part of Wizards of the Coast, I think we
have to take them at their word when they told Erik Mona in his annual "Can we
license Greyhawk?" conversations with them that they were absolutely not
interested in licensing their settings to anyone. I have heard of other
enquiries about other settings being knocked back in exactly the same fashion.

It has been hinted that Greyhawk might be included as one of the annual campaign
setting releases, though - if word of annual setting releases is even true.
