There should be a windows menu option to start FS in safe mode, that
resets the settings. If not the usual first step or moving/deleting
the fs8.cfg file might help... Or was it fs2002.cfg?

Did you change/update anything on your machine since the last time you
ran FS?

That never happened here. Suggest to take the steps that Katy has
described. So you're back with FS8? What happened to FS9? FSX?

I have all 3 on the computer. It's just for some comparison work I want
to see. Nothing important but not loading was strange.

I have all 3 on the computer. It's just for some comparison work I want
